    We only import internationally-recognized brands of raw materials and spare parts from Europe, which are of the finest heavy-duty quality, to ensure the durability and longevity of our machinery products. All of our bakery equipment is designed, manufactured and assembled in Lebanon.

  • What is the process for determining the production capacity and diameter of a loaf?
    You can find our catalogs on our website, which provide information on the different capacities and loaf diameters available for each type of product.
  • What is the required space needed for an automated production line?
    The automated production line requires a minimum area of 100m2 meters up to 200m2 – excluding storage area for raw materials and bread storage.
  • Is a specific type of oven required for each type of bread? And what is the oven operated by?
    We design many types of ovens to meet all types of flat bread – operated by gas or diesel burners.
  • Do your machines comply with the specifications of various regions?
    Our company has obtained multiple highly esteemed certifications that confirm our machines meet the required specifications in each region.
  • What does our after-sales support entail?
    Our after-sales support comprises online consultation, as well as a team of technicians who are available around the clock to offer maintenance and ad-hoc services.
  • Is documentation for maintenance, spare parts, and troubleshooting available?
    Both hard and soft copies of the operation manual books will be provided along with the production line.
  • What type of warranty do you offer?
    All machines come with a one-year warranty, starting right from the date of installation.
  • Do you provide freight services and installations of machinery?
    We offer international shipping for all our clients, in addition to assigning a technical supervisor to oversee the installation, and to train your staff on machine operation and maintenance.
