CE STANDARDS

Due to the over demand from the European and American markets, B Plus started applying the International Standards in manufacturing the Fully Automatic Pita Production Lines to meet with the European and the American norms. For that reason, B Plus has successfully achieved the CE marked certificate, to apply with the directive(s): 2014/68/EU & 2014/35/EU, In accordance with the following applicable standards: EN 61800-5-2:2007, EN 60204-1:2006. More Over, our production lines are manufactured to meet also by the UL Standards to the American markets, where safety and environmental protection are applied. Dough Divider

Dough Divider

  • Stainless steel dough hopper equipped by a stainless steel rotating scrapper to prevent dough from sticking to hopper and to prevent air gaps formation.
  • All mechanical and moving parts in the divider hopper are well covered and protected to ensure safety operation for the user.
  • Divider hopper can be lifted via an electro- pneumatic system for cleaning and maintenance purposes, it is well protected by a limit switch where the divider will shut down once the hopper is lifted. User shall use both hands for closing the hopper to prevent any injuries.
  • 2 emergency stop push buttons distributed on two different points on the machine to shut down the divider in case of any accidents.
  • Stainless steel flour duster with pressing unit. This unit is equipped by a perforated cover to prevent injury to the user’s hands while refilling flour into it.
  • Stainless steel cutting blades are well protected and covered with a stainless steel cover equipped by a limit switch to protect the user’s hands from reaching it.
  • Stainless steel excess flour collecting drawers.
  • Dough balls weight can be adjusted in the range from 40 up to 170 grams by means of electronic proximity sensors adjusted via a geared motor to have more accuracy and to facilitate the shift between dough weight ranges, in addition to stainless steel replaceable restriction rings. 

  • Equipped by a PLC system to constantly arrange the cutting of dough balls at the same time to provide equal distances between dough balls after cutting and accuracy in dough balls weight
  • Special food grade quality felt conveyor belts, with centering guides to keep the belt on track.
  • Special polyamide constricting helical axle to prevent air gaps formation in dough balls.
  • Stainless steel swing door that can be opened to reach and clean the helical dough axle after operation of the dough divider, with special safety covers to prevent any harm to the operator during functioning.
  • Electro/Pneumatic cutting system. 
  • Equipped by a display counter to monitor the cutting production capacity of the dough divider.
  • Three variable speed motors (4 HP/3.0 Kw), monitored by a variable frequency drive (inverter system).

Primary Proofer

Primary Proofer

  • Fermentation layers with special food grade quality felt conveyor belts equipped with centering guides to keep the belts on track.
  • Transparent Polycarbonate food grade sliding side sheets to facilitate cleaning process, to keep ideal dough temperature and to isolate it from outer atmosphere. 
  • Front Polycarbonate food Grade installed to avoid the hand to reach the rotating axle and preventing hazardous hand injuries.
  • 2 emergency stop push buttons distributed on two different points on the machine to shut down the dough divider and the primary proofer in case of any accidents.
  • All mechanical and moving parts are well protected to prevent any injuries for the user.
  • Fingertip, via a potentiometer control of fermentation time (3 to 15 minutes) from the Dough Divider’s control panel.
  • 3 Phase variable speed motor (3Hp/1.5Kw) monitored by a variable frequency drive (inverter system).

Dough Flattener

Dough Flattener

General Features

  • Special food grade quality felt-top and P.V.C conveyor belts.
  • Special thickness dough regulator via hard chrome plated cylinders to monitor required dough thickness with high accuracy adjusted blades to remove excess flour and dough.
  • Dough thickness and diameter can be easily monitored and adjusted via handles placed on each and every cylinder on the machine.
  • Stainless steel flour duster with pressing unit placed before the first flattening stage. The purpose of this method is to press and distribute ideal amount of flour on the dough ball. The unit is equipped by a perforated cover to prevent injury to the user’s hands while refilling flour into it.
  • 3 emergency stop push buttons distributed on three different points on the machine to shut down the dough divider, primary proofer and dough flattener in case of any accidents.
  • Stainless steel flour collection drawers on all sides of the machine.
  • Special stainless steel safety covers equipped by limit switch to shut down the machine when lifted to prevent any harm to the operator.

  • 2 emergency stop push buttons distributed on two different points on the machine to shut down the dough divider and the primary proofer, dough flattener and final proofer in case of any accidents.
  • All mechanical and moving parts are well protected to prevent any injuries for the user.
  • Fingertip, via a potentiometer control of fermentation time (5 to 25 minutes) from the Dough Flattener control panel.
  • 3 Phase variable speed motor (3Hp/2.2Kw) monitored by a variable frequency drive (inverter system).

Tunnel oven

Tunnel oven

  • Suitable thermal distribution and safe insulating layers (3 different layers of refractory bricks, cement and fiber ceramic).
  • The tunnel inside the oven is constructed in pieces of thick 180 degrees brick molds (not the traditional small bricks). 
  • Low emissions combustion process and relatively low fuel consumption. 
  • All covers, finishing and wearable parts are in food grade stainless steel.
  • Tempered glass-opening hole available besides the burner opening to check and monitor fire flame inside the oven. 
  • The chimney of the tunnel oven is well designed in a conical shape to withstand high temperatures. It is designed to out-take all excessive heat through a 30 cm diameter hood (Hood not included). This chimney is equipped by a hand heat dumper to regulate the heat pressure inside the tunnel oven.
  • Digital temperature display inside the tunnel oven linked to an alarm that indicates whenever the oven’s temperature exceeds its normal rate, so that the operator shall do the necessary. This alarm can be set on 2 values, first value activates warning alarm, and the second value shuts down the burner. 
  • The tunnel oven is equipped with a thermocouple sensor connected to a digital temperature controller that provides the user a display of the internal temperature of the baking chamber.
  • Extra isolation by means of additional internal and external isolation covered with stainless steel sheets and external isolation equipped by an additional exhaust hood.
  • Bearing and housing are well protected and not exposed to excessive heat.
  • Fingertip, via a potentiometer control of the production rate and speed. 
  • 3 Phase variable speed motor (3Hp/2.2Kw) monitored by a variable frequency drive (inverter system). 
  • Modern electric panel, easily accessible for any certified electrician. Electric panel is provided with a filter to prevent the flour from entering the electrical parts.

Additional Features

  • Heat resistant 2-inch AISI 309 stainless steel chains and AISI 309 stainless steel plates (thickness of 5 mm).

Out Feed Conveyor Unit

Out Feed Conveyor Unit

  • Heat resistant cylinders to transfer the baked bread from the tunnel oven to the cooling conveyors.
  • This machine is well designed to prevent the flow of baked bread coming outside of the tunnel oven to flip upside down.
  • The cylinders are mounted on interchangeable house bearings, constructed far from the excessive heat of the tunnel oven.
  • Rigid construction to withstand high temperatures along with safety covers to protect the operator from the rotating mechanical parts.
  • The operation of this unit is synchronized with the tunnel oven motion via a set of steel chain and sprockets.

Cooling Conveyor

Cooling Conveyor

General Features

  • Food Grade aluminum straight conveyor's chassis and stainless steel for the curved conveyors. 
  • Fiber web conveying belts that does not require daily maintenance (oil and grease), designed in a professional way for flexibility and reliability to maintain chain tension and minimize chain stretching guaranteeing smooth and noiseless operation.
  • Fixation could be either on ground in a spiral form, or at the ceiling according to the surface available.
  • All sides of the chain are well covered to prevent the contact between the bread and the chains.
  • 3 Phase constant speed motor for each Straight and Curved section (0.5Hp/0.37Kw), in addition to a variable frequency drive (inverter system) to adjust the cooling conveyor’s speed. 
  • External Electric panel is provided with a filter to prevent the flour from entering the electrical parts, to be mounted on wall.
  • All moving mechanical parts are well protected and covered by removable covers to facilitate cleaning and maintenance process.\
