  • Fixed stainless steel dough hopper, which can be opened by a pneumatic system to facilitate cleaning of the machine along with dough pulling cylinders, in addition to a flour duster + pressing cylinder and cutting blades.
  • Special food grade quality felt top conveyor belt with centering guides to keep the belt on its track and smooth operation wise.
  • Stainless steel inner hopper with special spiral shafts to push out the dough and to prevent the development of air pockets.
  • Accurate control of dough-ball weight and size using photo sensors and interchangeable restriction rings.
  • Flour drawer to collect excess flour from dough divider.
  • Variable speed motor monitored by a variable frequency drive (inverter system).

  • Fermentation layers with special food grade nonstick quality felt top conveyor belt that is long lasting equipped with centering guides to keep the belt on its track and smooth operation wise.
  • Trasdfsdfdasfsfnsparent plexi-glass sliding side windows to keep ideal dough temperature, to isolate the dough from the external atmosphere, and to facilitate cleaning process.
  • Possibility to control the fermentation time (3 to 15 minutes) from the Dough Divider’s control panel.
  • Variable speed motor to control the fermentation time monitored by a variable frequency drive (inverter system).
Dough Flattener

Dough Flattener

  • Special food grade quality felt top and P.V.C conveyor belts.
  • Two dough-flattening stages controlled by adjustable cylinders for controlling the dough thickness equipped by accurately designed skimming blades.
  • Stainless steel flour dusters with a pressing cylinder to ensure flour distribution on the top and bottom of the dough sheets using the least amount of flour with drawers to collect excess flour.
  • Electro/pneumatic stage shift from oval to circular shape.
  • Modern and user-friendly control panel.
  • Constant speed motor to control the first phase of the flattening process in addition to another variable speed motor monitored by a variable frequency drive (inverter system) to drive the second part of the dough flattener.

  • Variable speed motor for each straight and curved section, all motors are monitored by a variable frequency drive (inverter system) that are connected to a modern and user-friendly control panel.
